RainLeak.ca is a specialized rain leak detection service and a subdivision of AnyLeak.ca — British Columbia's premier advanced water leak detection company operating since 1999. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to RainLeak.ca and its parent company, AnyLeak.ca.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RainLeak.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

3. Services Provided

RainLeak.ca provides professional rain leak detection services for residential, commercial, and government properties across British Columbia, including but not limited to:

• Non-invasive rain leak detection and diagnosis
• Building envelope inspections
• Moisture mapping and reporting
• Infrared thermography
• Consultation and expert recommendations

RainLeak.ca provides detection and reporting services only. We do not perform repairs unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written service agreement.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Service Bookings & Appointments

Booking a service through our website or by phone constitutes an agreement to pay the quoted service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
